Graduated graphic designer, digital artist, born in 1977, studied Communication Design at the Fachhochschule Würzburg-Schweinfurt, Germany, with emphasis on film / video. She works with a variety of techniques influenced by Norman McLaren and Bill Viola and creates smooth, formal, abstract forms which can be seen in combination with music and sound. ZIL is an intuitive systematist of visualization in a formal sense who has her roots in abstraction. The core content of her work is nature, elements, time and space. In addition to video work (art-director, camera, graphics, director, concept, organisation, video production, edit, post production, sketches, make up), the designer focuses on hand and computer drawings, Digital Glitch Art, paintings, installations and performances.
